Mila is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.
When you create an account using your email address (via a one-time code) or "Sign in with Apple," we collect your email address and name to create and manage your account. We also store your in-app learning progress and preferences (such as your reminder time) so they sync across your devices. We do not track your location or access other private data on your device.
Your data is used to authenticate you, to personalize and sync your language learning experience, to process subscriptions, and to understand and improve how the app is used. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the app:
These providers process data only on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy and security commitments.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: go to your profile (tap your avatar) and choose Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, learning progress, and preferences from our systems and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel any active subscription — manage or cancel that in your device's Settings under Apple Account → Subscriptions. If you need help, you can also reach us at milahebrewapp@gmail.com.
